The First Major of the Year!

The first major of the year at Crompton and Royton GC, the Seven Cup, takes place on Saturday 14th May. The format is a singles medal at 95% of your course handicap. Last year’s winner was Steve Pass with a score of 68 and looking back over the years the Seven Cup has produced some strong scoring.

BRS is open on Wednesday 4th May from 19.55 for reserving tee times.

Chronicle Cup Qualifier

This is not only the first major of the year but this is also a qualifier for the Oldham District Golf League (OLDG) Chronicle Cup. This year the Chronicle Cup qualifying round will be held at Werneth Golf Club on Saturday 4th June. The top 30 finishers in the Seven Cup will be required to represent the club at this event on the 4th June.

There is a lot to play for so make sure you reserve your place.
