A fantastic team effort was on display at Crompton & Royton Golf Club recently, as a group of six volunteers joined our greenkeeping team to help carry out important work on the course.

‍

Made up of members of the Board of Directors and club members, the volunteers rolled up their sleeves to help clear out the stream running between the 5th and 6th holes.

‍

The work will help to keep the stream clear and maintain this area of the course, supporting the ongoing efforts of our greenkeeping team to keep Crompton & Royton in the best possible condition for members and visitors.

‍

It was another great example of what can be achieved when everyone at the club works together and gives a little of their time to help.

‍

A huge thank you to all six volunteers who got involved, and of course to our green staff for the work they continue to put in throughout the year.

‍

The support of our members makes a real difference and helps us continue to improve the course and the club for everyone.
